Getting Started with the Vizualize AR plugin for Art
Vizualize keeps an online catalog of 3D files for your real life products. You will need these 3D assets to use the plugin, but Vizualize can create those 3D assets for you if your store is for paintings!
Step 1: Add your paintings to your product catalog
Go to https://app.vizualize.io/products and click the "Add 3D Model" button
Step 2: Add your product name, size, and photo
Type in your painting's title and size. Upload a high quality image of your painting without a background. Also upload the image to the "3D Files" section.
Step 3: Add your product ID
The Store Product ID is the ID from your website where you sell your paintings. This ID may be different from store to store. For instructions on getting this ID refer to your e-commerce platforms documentation. For example, to get the Product ID for Shopify can be found here.
Step 4: Click Save
Click the "Save" button. Now you will see some code that should be added to head section of your website. Please refer to e-commerce platform for instructions on how to do this.
Step 5: Add an AR button to your page
The final step is to add a button to your product page that opens the Vizualize augmented reality plugin. In your website, add the following html button where you want it to be shown on the web page.
Great job, you're done! Your website now has augmented reality that your users can enjoy.
